ITI-CM is proud to announce the acquisition of a MyData MY15. Adding this 3rd pick and place machine will increase our capacity by 33%, allowing us to accurately place any component, and reduce lead times. 

• MY-Series ‘Classic’ machines have a  very flexible range of solutions able to meet different requirements, but are particularly well suited to high-mix production.
• All MYDATA Pick and Place machines deliver outstanding accuracy and excellent repeatability. The products are designed for running 24/7 production at low cost . 
• The cornerstone of all MYDATA pick and place machines is their outstanding flexibility. Set-up and changeover times are the fastest in the industry and the systems can be easily reconfigured if production requirements change. This way, the pick and place machines are always optimized for keeping output at the highest level, even when the jobs are complex or the batch sizes vary.

Facilities: 

Our operation is run out of a state of the art 21,000 square foot building, located in the heart of Longmont, Colorado. Our extremely clean and environmentally controlled facility was designed with the intent that, ultimately, it will be expanded to total 50,000 square feet.
